On July 13, 2013, the European Commission officially issued the Energy Empowerment Act (EU) No 665/2013 of the vacuum cleaner in its official bulletin.

On December 17, 2012, the EU informed the WTO Secretariat of the WTO / TBT notification G / TBT / N / EU / 80, which informed the Implementation of the New Energy Marks for Vacuum Cleaners. The notification is the implementation of the new energy labeling directive (2010/30 / EU), which specifies the energy labeling and product information requirements for household and commercial vacuum cleaners. On July 13, 2013, the European Commission officially issued the Energy Empowerment Act (EU) No 665/2013 of the vacuum cleaner in its official bulletin.

1. Applicable scope

The bill applies to power-driven vacuum cleaners, including hybrid vacuum cleaners. But not applicable to: wet, dry and wet, battery-driven, robotic, industrial or central vacuum cleaner; floor waxing machine; outdoor vacuum cleaner.

2. Energy efficiency labeling and information requirements

According to the requirements of the regulations, the vacuum cleaner's energy labeling is implemented in two phases:

Since September 1, 2014, the vacuum cleaner's energy identification should be consistent with Category 1 labels

Since September 1, 2017, the vacuum cleaner's energy labeling should be in accordance with Category 2 labeling

The following are the same as the "

For general purpose, hard floors and carpet vacuum cleaners, the energy labeling shows a slightly different content, but basically has the supplier name or trademark, product identification number (product model), energy efficiency rating, average annual power consumption, dust release level , Carpet cleaning performance level, hard floor cleaning performance level, sound power level.

3. Energy efficiency rating

The energy efficiency level displayed on the energy label depends on the annual power consumption (AE) value, as shown in Table 1:

4. Clean performance level

Vacuum cleaner cleaning performance level depends on the dust dpu (dust pick up), as shown in Table 2:

5. Dust release level

The dust release rating of the vacuum cleaner depends on the dust release rate.
