The notification is the implementation of the new energy labeling directive (2010/30 / EU), which specifies the energy labeling and product information requirements for household and commercial vacuum cleaners. 1. Applicable scope

 The bill applies to power-driven vacuum cleaners, including hybrid vacuum cleaners. But not applicable to: wet, dry and wet, battery-driven, robotic, industrial or central vacuum cleaner; floor waxing machine; outdoor vacuum cleaner.

2. Energy efficiency labeling and information requirements

 According to the requirements of the regulations, the vacuum cleaner's energy labeling is implemented in two phases:

 Since September 1, 2014, the vacuum cleaner's energy identification should be consistent with Category 1 labels
